Endometriosis and possible pregnancy

So I have endometriosis. I had one child 4 years ago. I wanted to know if any other ladies who have it too and have gotten pregnant. I’m not on any birth control due to the fact that I got easily pregnant with it because of my endometriosis. But the past month I had sex with my boy friend (unprotected) and a few days later I had spotted for 6 days. During my possible ovulation. Than it had stopped. My period isn’t due for another week and half. I’ve been experiencing the usual cramping that I get every day. And took a pregnancy test that came out negative twice. I’m waiting to take another one closer to when I’m due for my actual period. But wanted to know if anyone had similar symptoms and are pregnant/have gotten pregnant. My period is actually always on time. Only off by a day before or after it’s actually date.
