Idk if I’m in early labor

I’ve really been up all night because I’m getting Braxton Hicks that feels like possible labor contractions.. it’s been happening on and off all day today as well.. it’s so much pressure I’m my lower abdomen but they still are far apart.. not getting closer but it definitely hurts and I’ve been dealing with this since yesterday afternoon. I didn’t have to breathe through BH until these came. They aren’t getting stronger they are staying the same in intensity.. I’m frustrated
