Found out I’m pregnant last week and today I get this?? I’m about 4w3d. Could it be implantation bleeding after I get a positive ?
Update:
Wiped again after my nap and there’s more pinkish blood. I’m currently at the ER waiting to be seen. Will they even be able to see anything this early on ultrasound ?
