Oral surgery

Hey so I’m 16 and have had bad teeth all my life today I had this tooth extracted due to a flare up that cause severe pain

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for pain and any food suggestions that are liquid

This is what the dr told me ;

Not allowed to suck , spit , or use straws for 24 hrs Soft food for 7-10 days till stitches disovel No popcorn, rice , granola , anything grainy Saturday is expected to be my peek day of pain and discomfort No brushing teeth or rinsing teeth for 48 hr On amoxicillin 2 tsp. Every 6 hr for 5 days Motrin every 4hts and if needed Tylenol every 4 hrs for the first 72 hrs then the Motrin and Tylenol go to 6hr for next 3 days the 8hr and have to ice for 72 hrs 20 mins on 20 mins off

Does this look normal so far?
