How can I legally break my lease without having to pay any fees?

So I been in my horrible apartments for 2 years (it was affordable at the time) I’m officially trying to leave around February to March but my lease isn’t up till May which I cannot stay any longer

For the past 2 years I have been going to the office almost every single day putting in work orders to fix the apartment which was messed up when I first moved in, there was several things they fixed (after 6 months of being there and always complaining) and then there’s things they still have not fixed and I been complaining forever now

They don’t fix NOTHING, there has been roach problems, and there’s mold, I have told them 3 times about the mold and it’s already been since the beginning of this year I have been telling them and they STILL haven’t even looked at it or fixed the issue. I have a 4 month old baby and a 3 year old living in this and it’s completely pissing me off

Then I asked for a copy of my work orders and they refuse to give me a copy of any of the work orders. I will not stay here any longer and lose an opportunity on a actual good apartment being taken. So I wanted to see if there was ANY way I can get out of this lease without having to pay any fees (I don’t even care if they keep my deposit I just want out)
