Bleeding from incision?

So I’m 3 weeks PP, had one of my PP appointments yesterday. Basically the way my incision is, there’s a little fold on the left side and the rest is normal. Yesterday I told my OB that I’ve had some puss and she said it will be like that for a few months. It’s just the way the fold is and the way it’s healing but it’s not infected. She even swabbed in it. Well today, it’s bleeding a little when I clean the area with peroxide. Should I be worried? Or just keep cleaning it a few times a day and keeping the area dry?
