Odd pain ?

Hey ladies, it’s my ovulation week and this morning I randomly pressed on my lower right abdomen, a few inches to the side of my belly button and i got this very weird cramp. It doesn’t hurt when I don’t touch the area but when I do it hurts. The pain is almost like a pulling/pricking pain. Should that be something to be concerned about ? I’m 20 years old and just started paying attention to my cycles and such so I’m not sure if this is normal or not.
