Blowing Huff noise baby??

8 month old making weird blowing breathing noise out of nose, I only noticed he does it while his pacifier is in his mouth or bottle. It sounds dry. No wet or runny nose. Only been happening this past weekend. Not really showing other symptoms or other breathing related symptoms. I am calling his pediatrician tomorrow, but out the of curiosity has anyone else expierenced this?
