I love being a mom and wife, BUT
I have to take a break.
Mentally.
I don’t like who I’ve become I feel so sad and angry all the time that I just don’t know who I am anymore. Taking time for myself is something I’ve never done, but it’s something I NEED to do.
Can any of you give me some tips on where to start? I don’t have any friends where I live so I don’t really know where else to turn. Thank you in advance
