Getting ready for second baby...

Im currently 24 weeks and I had a few questions.

1. When is it an acceptable time to wash babys clothes ahead of time? I like to be prepared and being stuck at home I've run out of things to do lol

2. Should I wash the new clothes with the hand me downs or wait until I decide to use them? In case we dont use them.

3. Is it too early to organize the nursery?

Im bored out of my mind and I cant stand the clutter much longer. 🙈
