I feel like a crazy person

I'm 8 weeks and a couple days pregnant with my second baby and honestly today I feel like I'm a crazy person. I've felt so weird all day.

I've been irritable, angry, sad, happy, all over the place. I know it's my hormones but I can't control it. My first baby is only 10 months old so I'm not sure if I'm just getting extra doses of hormones from post partum still and being pregnant or what. Please tell me I'm not the only one who feels like this sometimes.
