1 year old won’t eat

So my 1 year old daughter who will be 2 in April is soooo PICKY and I’m seriously about to just give up!! She won’t eat nothing but baby food that’s it. I don’t know what else to do and her pediatrician never seemed concern but I am because I feel she isn’t getting enough to eat besides baby food and snacks that’s it. She won’t eat meat, spaghetti or vegetables NOTHING. 😞 please tell me I’m not the only mother going through this!! Oh yeah all she wants is milk also.
