Help!! Bedtime colic?

My baby is 12 weeks. She has always been easy to put to bed. I would feed her with distractions and lights and she would drink her bottle and I would put her in our quiet room in her bassinet. The past week this has taken 3 hours! I have began feeding on her glider, in the dark, with her sound machine and she still screams cries, finally has her bottle. When I go to put her down she wakes and screams. I rock her again, happens like 4 times. It's gotten so bad my husband can't comfort her. I'm exhausted. What's going on? Is this colic out of nowhere? Is she overly tired? Nothing has changed as far as day routine and she's the happiest baby all day. Heeeelp
