Ovulation spotting or implantation bleeding?

I had unprotected sex 2 days after my period, and then again 3 days after that (I know, super stupid on my part). I woke up the next day (now 6 days after my period) with bleeding when I would pee/wipe.

On the first day it was light in flow and bright red with some clumps. I took plan B bc I panicked. The day after it pretty much stopped, would have the occasional pink discharge w small clumps when I wiped. Yesterday made the 3rd day since the bleeding started and it was light in flow and light pink. Today is the 4th day and it’s very spotty and a lot less when I wipe.

I’ve never had unprotected sex, taken a plan B, or had any kind of abnormal bleeding before. My period has always been super regular, ~5 days w/ a 26 day cycle.

I’m 21 and terrified it could be implantation bleeding. I’ve looked into that and ovulation bleeding, but the symptoms are so similar, I’m stressed out! I don’t have any other symptoms other than the bleeding (no cramping, no tender breasts..). Someone please help!
