Cyst...down there...

I went to my obgyn yesterday for my 6 week post-part check up. She checked me out down there after I asked just to be sure my stitches healed and she said I have a paraurethral cyst. Basically a cyst on my urethra. She told me to just do sitz baths as well as warm compress and if it starts to hurt to come back bc for now I have no symptoms.

Well, I just looked down there and it’s huge and making me really freak out. I know if she’s not worried I shouldn’t be but how tf do I treat this fast?? How do I do a compress up in there? I work full time and barely have time in the mornings to sit down for five minutes as well as maybe 2 hours to “relax” once I get home, so how do I do sitz baths 3-4 times a day?

Has anyone else dealt with this? Did it hurt? Were you able to get rid of it without a doctor cutting it? If not what was that experience like???

Trying to find comfort rn... was already uncomfortable with what my vagina looked like after birth, now I’m just weirded out and worried.
