7wks old sleeps only when held!!

Ok, so my daughter only wants to fall asleep while nursing. She’ll fall into a deep sleep, I hold her for a while and then as soon as I put her down she wakes! I can be holding her for 20-40min sometimes longer and she wakes up! At night is the same thing. I swaddle her, use white noise, bath her before bed, dim all the nights, she knocks out but wants to be held! I’ve been holding her so she can take her naps cause then she’s fussy... help?! Also she is always on my boob when trying to fall back asleep..
