Stuck in a work dilemma?

So I got offered a higher paying salary. A salary that would be the highest ive ever earned in my professional life, and it’s sort of what I want to do long term.

My current job I’m not making much at all, but my boss’s boss (higher than my manager) offered to give me mentorshio because he use to do what I’m hoping to do long term (business analyst) and he’s giving me opportunities to grow by giving me case studies and interview questions I can look into. At my current job, I’m involved in so much like planning our holiday office party and a professional development program as well. I feel I would regret not completing these if I accept the higher paying job.

I’m a logical person, but my gut says to stay with my current job. But st the same time, i want and kind of need the higher paying salary.

What should I do???
