Parenting Plan
I currently have a parenting plan with my ex. It's from Thursday night to Sunday at 6 pm. She primarily stays with his mom during that time at her house. He lives separately with his gf and their kid. So do I technically have to still send my daughter if she isn't spending the time with her dad??
