Postpartum cramping?
6 months pp & I get these abdominal cramps every once in awhile that hurt like hell. It's not my period (even though I do get mine even with breastfeeding and I have had it since 6 weeks pp) and it's not my ovulation. I've been pretty routine with both of those. And I'm not pregnant (took a test, just in case)
Anyone else experience this? It feels like those first few days of recovery all over again
