Are you child free/want to lead a child free life?

So I’ve never had this drive to be a mom. It’s never been in my life goals and the thought of it always scared me tbh. I’m realizing there are many women who lead purposeful child free lives and never want kids. Idk if I’m quite there (if it happens it happens. I wouldn’t get rid of it) but I definitely am not planning on a kid. Are you child free too?

i’m just not happy with children tbh i don’t meet many women who would agree on my stance because they’ll say oh no i don’t want kids yet their trying to have them/not really preventing having them? don’t get me wrong i can completely understand accidents and people changing. but i would go out of my way to avoid having accidents/ being very very cautious. 
idk it’s strange having that mindset. i’m happier with all of my nieces/nephews and if anyone i know who has kids their nice too 😇

I 110% don’t want kids. They drive me crazy and I never see myself purposely going through that. I have too much ambition and my goal line of work would require me to travel to different countries often and stay in a place no longer than probably 3 months at a time. If I really want to spend time with kids, I’ll hang out with my sister’s for the day

I feel ya! I’m 100% preventing kids right nkw (I’m 28) and have friends who are 25 literally try planning their babies with me cause they wanna start families before 30. They’ll be Like “omg we should have babies within the next 5 years so they can grow up with each other” (also mentioned cause I’m getting older and early 30s would be a good age to have kids too) and tbh I don’t feel like I’d be ready even in my early to mid 30s! It is nerve wrecking thinking of children.

Tricky ... I’m not sure ... it’s a yes and no . I’ve always wanted to have kids before . I’ve always pictured myself with a bunch of kids . But that was in my teenage years .... I’m in my 20s right now . I don’t know what I’m happened but I’m not sure about that anymore. I feel like I have more reasons why not to , than reasons why to .

I was on birth control and practicing safe sex with my husband while planning on staying child free for the foreseeable future when I got pregnant so I guess the world had other plans for us.

I'm only 19 & the thought of having kids terrifies me. Mainly because my mom was emotionally abusive & I'm scared I'd be a shitty mom. If it happens ill be more than willing to own up & be responsible for my child but I definitely don't plan on having kids until my late 20's.

I’m not sure yet, but I know if I want kids I want to wait until I’m in my late 20s. I’m 23 this year

I didn’t want kids till I was about 25 and then really wanted them, like a switch. Also happened that I found I had endometriosis and may not be able to have them, so that made me rethink. I had one at 27 and one at 29 and am so so happy I did. They are my world.
