When is the Implementation dip

So I am 5 dpo and my bbt temp drop tremendously today. Is it to early for implementation. My fingers are totally crossed for baby and I feel like I’m watching it like a hawk. I tracked my ovulation with strips and had sex literally everyday during my fertile window and used pre-seed as well as prenatal and estrogen supplements.

Too early for implantation dip. They are rare, and of they happen usually between 7-10dpo. They also are usually one splid dip not 2-3 dips in a row.

Implantation dips are more of a 'myth', and are actually very rare in reality! Ignore all temp fluctuations during your luteal phase (so many women over analyze, and consequently stress) over every little dip and rise after O. Ignore that! You only need to focus on the 3 elevated temps after O, and a substantial dip right before AF. (Or 16+ days of elevated temps signifies potential pregnancy) but all dips and blips in between do not need to be stressed about! Good luck!!!
