Testing dpo 11, last natural cycle

Hi ladies, my luteal phase is usually 12 days. I tested today dpo 11and was hoping to see a hint of a line as I felt this month has been different and no usual pre af spotting like I always get. Well it was stark white.

I'm moving onto medicated cycle followed by hsg and IUI next month and have an appointment with my doc tomorrow or Thursday depending on when AF shows.

I guess I just need some encouragement right now, been 12 months of ttc and DH was diagnosed with low motility hence moving onto IUI. Any success stories with taking gonadotropin injections as that's what shes suggesting?
