Advice please is he cheating ?

So my husband isn’t been the same for about 4-5 weeks now he keeps leaving work super early like 7:20 when he used to leave at 7:50 and then he is coming home late he finishes as 4:30 but isn’t getting home till 6:30 ish sometimes 7 and he’s started working every Saturday when he never used to. I don’t hear from him throughout the day like I used to and when I call when he should have finished work he is always quick to get me off the phone. Then when he gets home he spends his whole time on his phone and it looks like he’s texting when I question him about what he’s doing he hits the defence. He’s stopped telling me he loves me like he used to and he does not help out around the house because he’s always on his phone and now he doesn’t even give his daughter attention because he’s on his phone. We hardly talk and I shout because I’ll ask him to do something and he won’t do it I’m feeling so neglected which I know sounds needy but he isn’t my husband anymore. I’m starting to feel myself pull away from him and thinking about leaving.

I have asked him straight up and he shouts at me and gets so defensive about the situation.
