Std??? Or Yeast infection?? HELP?

I have been with the same sex partner for 6 months, but we ended things recently. Anyways, me and my partner mostly had unprotected sex and. Recently i have had a itching and burning and red situation with my vagina and yellow/cream colored discharge. Always needing to be and my lower abdomen hurting. I have took Miostatin Yeast Ovule and anti-itch cream and took AZO yeast itching and burning pain relief. It was fine all today but when i applied the cream again it started behind so and and itching. And i know Std’s and yeast infections have similar symptoms what do you think it is?
