Trying to get pregnant

I’m trying to get pregnant from July and not yet pregnant

I have now for 1 year and more UTI ( urine infection) and high prolactin hormone.

,

I have virginal unormal discharges I did virginal swap was negative I just have UTI I don’t know what to do I feel tired from allot of medication and to be admitted.

Last year I get ESBL in the urine and they admitted me for 11 days for antibiotics.

This year I get the normal ecoli and I take antibiotics and I didn’t see any changes 💔

The is my second treatment for prolactin and for the Urine infection. what should I do ?? I try my best with drinking water all types of antibiotics I take no change .
