Not enough baby dancing?!

Question

My husband and I have been married for almost 6 month but been together for almost 9 years! Sex has always been a wishy washy thing and now TTC I'm always initiating it, it's been only twice 3 days apart in my fertile window and I'm tired of being the only one who cares about trying. Feels good to vent but any advice? I've spoken up to him and he suggested every other day, twice this year but has never kept his word. 
Feeling frustrated :/

If sex has always been wishy washy I wouldn’t jump straight into thinking he doesn’t want a baby. It sounds like he may have a lower sex drive and sometimes treating sex like a chore makes it more difficult

I hate to say it but it honestly sounds like he really doesn’t want a baby. You really need to have a straight up honest talk with him about your wants and needs. And if he can’t fulfill those wants and needs then he obviously doesn’t care enough to make it work.

My partner naturally has a lower drive than me. So when we were ttc we looked at the 'sperm meets egg' plan. It explains when the most important time is and when to take breaks etc.
First make sure he still wants a baby. Then maybe look at the plan together and see if it could work for you.
If he has a lower drive then the standard 'let's just have lots of sex' is going to feel very much like a chore.
Having a plan and using opk's worked for us, we were getting the right time and also having pauses where things could be natural and just for fun.
Also ttc can be very sexy and exciting, bonding in a different way. Maybe get some of that into it, so you move away from the 'chore' ideas.

He if he really wants a baby with u.. he has to put in the work.. or at least attempt to make the effect.. u have to talk to him.
