How do you get rid of a yeast infection starting early? I feel I might have a yeast infection soon bc my boyfriend and I had sex and it was pretty rough . It was protected but I feel like it’s going to get worse at the end of the week

If you're looking for a natural way to get rid of it at home you can eat lots of Greek yogurt, limit sugar, drink A TON of water. And this sounds super strange, but take a detox bath with apple cider vinegar, whole crushed garlic cloves and salt (Epsom salt or sea salt will work) every other day until the symptoms are gone. But what ever you do DO NOT PUT ANYTHING INSIDE!! 
You can also rub a little coconut oil on the opening of your vagina. Its anti fungal and helps soothe the itching a little bit. 
If it doesn't help within a few days and things are getting worse, go to the doctor.
I get a yeast infection almost every summer. I'm sure it's from wearing a swimsuit for extended periods of time without being able to change.

Get an over the cream or prescription from your dr. To prevent future infections start a daily probiotic. Drink plenty of water. Watch your sugar intake. Wear cotton undies and try not to wear tight pants all the time. Sperm, lubes, lubes on condoms can all throw off ph balance. Don’t use any soaps or bubble baths down there and never ever douche. Take an epsom salt and baking soda bath for discomfort. If I feel my ph balance is off I wash myself with baking soda.
