Weight Loss Journey
Starting weight was 174 ending weigh from pics is 161. Ive been in a stall due to work trips and a sprained ankle. Needed some motivation to get back at it & looking at these pics helped!


I just started eating healthier, nothing after 8 pm, drinking 90 oz of water a day & working out 2-4 times a week switching from cardio to weight lifting each day & 15 minutes in the sauna after each workout.
