College weight loss tips
So I’m in my junior year of college and I have gained weight since started college. I’m currently at the biggest I’ve ever been (175lb) and I’m just not confident in my body at all. Diets are so hard in college and I’m always studying so it’s a very sedentary lifestyle. Does anyone have any tips on how to lose weight in college and stick to it? I do NOT want to gain the wait back when I do lose it
