Supplement help?
So I havent started taking some supplements I bought from Walgreen
-Cranberry 4200mg
-Fish Oil 1000mg
-Cinnamon 2000mg
-Biotin 5000mcg
So, I was wondering is it ok to take all of these once a day? Suggestions? I want to take the cranberry because I've heard in here that it's really good for your vagina, fish oil because i have a history of high cholesterol, cinnamon because I heard that it helps with metabolism, and biotin just for skin, nails, and hair
