I have a vaginal infection. But dock didn’t tel me what kind it was (also I’m TTC atm)

So in August I had a normal month I also had a normal period.. then in September I ended up not having a period at all and in September probably early September I had some really bad stabbing pains in my right ovary area I was told that it was a cyst from my parents because they said that my mom had it and my sister had cysts so they all assumed that it was this in September it was a least a week and a half of pain that was really unbearable so then after September it was October and I finally got my cycle in late October I do still have pains here and there but I did go to the doctor and I got Checked out they tested my urine and they said that they did find some bacterial infection in my Pee checked out they tested my urine and they said that they did find some bacterial infection in my Pee... they gave me some antibiotics that last seven days and hopefully it will cure my infection but they did not tell me what type of infection it was obviously and it ended up not being cysts ....I’m glad I found out that it was an infection and that I didn’t have to be curious about what the pain was coming from and why I didn’t have a cycle in September I also am at TTC ATM....It was actually our first try in September and all of a sudden this infection happened so it’s really laying things back I guess my question is is that can I still get pregnant with this infection that I don’t know exactly what it is my cycle that I had in October was very dark and it did last seven days but it was very light the last five days... help? Also the medication I have been taking does make that area hurt some more I hope that means it’s working .
