I'm in a terrible terrible situation...

I'm in a terrible terrible situation and I want to get out. I started dating this guy in July and everything was great at first. He offered to take me out, we talked on the phone all night, spent time together, everything was perfect.

Now a little background history(he was a problem child in middle school. We took classes together and he would get kicked out most of the time. He fought a lot and had a very bad temper.) But we met back up on tinder and talked. He told me he had a career and he'd grew up. He changed. So when we got together I believed him.

Then he went to jail for disturbing the peace and resistance if arrest. He told me it wasn't his fault and he was just trying to take up for his brother that was about to go to jail. I believed him. While in jail, I answered every time he called, wrote him letters, and put money on his books.

Then he got out. I was so excited so I started going to see him everyday so we can spend time together. Then he told me he didn't want to see me everyday. I understood that because everybody need space sometimes. I stopped going to see him so much so he started coming to see me.

Then I got pregnant. I told him and he was happy. He started to get very inconsistent with me and I constantly told him I didn't like that. One night he came to my house drunk and I had told him I was going to leave him and he kept choking me and throwing me against his car. So I stayed. He told me he wouldn't do it again.

Then I found out he was trying to talk to other girl so I told him I was done again. He begged to come see me and I wouldn't let him. He showed up anyways, and I let him in. He choked me again, this time worse and my son was even there. He made me do things I didn't want to and that's when I knew I was done. Now he's been sending me money, flowers, and candy so I won't leave. I want to get an abortion but he doesn't want me to. He told me if I leave he would kill his self. He's abusive and I'm just stuck. Someone please give me some advice
