Soothing belly ache

What are some ideas to helps sooth belly aches. FTM bubs is 6wks old, he is on lactose free formula to help ease his belly. He currently is sick so. It sure if it's from the panadol but when he has to fact or poo he gets very unsettled. You can tell it is uncomfortable or even hurts him. (His poos are normal, he isn't constipated or anything).

Just need to see what else I can do as he could be like this for over 30min before he does his poo, it's frustrating and heartbreaking.
