lately idk if i’ve been having heart palpitations or anxiety attacks like crazy. idk how to distinguish the two but i don’t like the way it make me feel .. sometimes it wakes me up out my sleep like i’m losing my breath or sumn .. or i can be just chilling and all of a sudden have to take deep breaths
