How do you get motivated to work out?
I’m almost 4 months pp and I literally have ZERO motivation to lose this extra 20 pounds and lean up like I was before pregnancy. I don’t want to be perfect but I want to feel comfortable in a bikini come summer next year. My husband works all day and I’m a SAHM. I don’t have anyone to watch baby if I went to the gym. So that’s out of the question. What do you ladies do to get fit after baby?!
