Would this make me a bad person?

My boyfriend and I were together for almost 6 years. We mutually decided to break up because we were going through a rough patch but stayed on good terms. This was 5 months ago and my boyfriend has been dating another girl for a month now. 
Earlier today we ran into each other at the  store and he confided in me that he can’t stop thinking about me. He told me he would breakup with his girlfriend tonight if I told him I wanted to get back together.
To be honest I want nothing more than to get back with him. I’m in love with him, he’s my person. But would I be a band person for getting back with him even though he is with another girl?

It’s honestly doing her a favor considering he has feelings for you, it’ll hurt her less now than it would if she found out in a few years.

In my opinion, if he really missed you that much, he never wouldve started dating this other girl. Seems like he doesn't want to be the bad guy and left without anyone so he's making it your decision.

I don’t think he’s the best person to be dating somebody else while wanting to be with you, but I don’t think if you take him up on his offer that makes you a bad person. Just make sure that he does break up with her before getting back together with him

Don’t. You broke up for a reason, you’ll regret it. When your lonely it seems like a good idea but after 6 years, and you mutually decided this wasn’t forever, why waste more time.
And most definitely don’t start sleeping with him again, especially if he still has a gf. You will break your own heart all over again
