Being a jerk

So I need a little advice the father of my daughter is still living with me even though we’re not together anymore I told him he could because I wanted him around his daughter but lately he’s been acting like were together and then I find out he’s been lying to me AGAIN I’m so sick of it and I wanna kick him out but he claims he doesn’t have anywhere to go witch I know he has friends in town and his parents are 8-9 hours away depending on traffic the thing is I have a good heart sometimes too good and I can’t help but feel bad if I kick him out what would you lady’s think? I’m at a loss it also doesn’t help that he’s been treating me like shit too always putting me down making me feel bad all the time and I’m getting sick of it there’s a lot of mental abuse going on :/
