Embarrassing but.. any one else wonder if they are getting cramps from baby or from needing to use the bathroom?

How do you decide? Lol 🤦🏼‍♀️ they feel like need to go to the bathroom cramps but then I don’t. But my stomach doesn’t necessarily get tight with them. Anyone else with these thoughts or just me?

If I get those, I try to go poop. So far it's been poop.

Today I thought I was having cramps from needing to go to the bathroom/not being regular but during my Non-Stress Test at noon, the doctor came in & told me I was having contractions the entire 30 minutes I was being monitored. 😳 Now I’m just confused.

Literally my daily struggle 😂 I always tell my husband I don't know if I'm crampy bc I have to poop or crampy bc it's contractions lol

Samee! I literally get these strong pains then try poop and it’s just been poop sofar, though my dreams make me think she’s gonna just plop out in the toilet but I know that’s not really realistic ahah

I had the same thing tonight. I was so happy it was poop because this entire damn pregnancy has been an adventure full of finding things to relieve constipation lol. But yeah, I was literally just telling my husband that it’s weird to be at the point now where I’m like, “What is this cramp? Contraction or poop?” Lol. I feel hyper aware of every single thing in my body at the moment.
