Should I go get tested?🤷🏻‍♀️

Question

Soo I just recently lost my virginity to my boyfriend and every time we’ve had sex he’s always came in me (he doesn’t like to pull out and I’m on birth control) but we’ve never really talked about getting tested for any type of diseases or anything. So my question is 
1 how do I approach him on the subject 
2 how often should we get tested?
(Yes we are both of age)

You could always just say "we've been having unprotected sex, so I'd feel more comfortable if we both got tested " if he refuses to get tested, then he is not being very responsible about it. Keep in mind that he may not feel comfortable doing it together. So be open minded to agreeing to compromise by going separately. I'm glad you're being responsible  and wanting to get tested :)

Yes and tell him to get tested as well and if he doesn’t want to I wouldn’t have sex with him.. Yearly is ideal. I’m married and both my husband and I get checked yearly, & whenever I get pregnant, I have them check again. You can never be too safe.

Always get tested. Between partners or every few months. Just tell him straight up. Let’s go get tested together because it’s safer for our health. And no, you’re not calling him out or anything-it’s just better to be open and practice safe sexual health. Or you can just go and get tested.. if you’re clean. So is he 😁
