To my christian girls, please help!

I have always grown up with the mindset that I will wait to have sex until I am married. As I am with my current boyfriend (hopefully who will eventually end up being my husband) it is becoming harder to do. I know in my heart and from what I have read in my bible that God calls Christians to wait, but I don’t know how to stay abstinent. When it comes to being horny it is really hard to say no to my boyfriend, even though we have both agreed that to wait it is hard.

What are ways that I can show affection to my boyfriend without sex?

I don’t want this to ruin my relationship. Tonight we almost couldn’t stop, but thankfully we did. I felt so guilty that I basically started to cry and I was super nauseous and I practically refused to talk to him.
