Opinions please

So I always get yeast infection and I treat them and they go away no problem I have discussed this with my doctor before and he said to continue doing what I’m doing that how often I get them it’s from my hormones changing. But this time I got it and I treated it but it still doesn’t seem to have gone away.... I’m not sure what to do. Do I treat it again with another brand for the kit or should I just go to the doctors or try and wait it out and see if it’s just delayed?
