Glass in foot help !!!!

I’ve had glass in my foot for weeks now, maybe even a over a whole month. It’s in my left side heel and is not poking out whatsoever; but when I step on the ground fully or wearing certain shoes I can really feel it.. when I touch it or pinch the heel area, I could feel the pressure of it but can’t tell exactly where it is.

I’ve tried to dig with a needle or tweezers but I don’t know where to exactly dig in since I can’t tell really where it is and there’s nothing poking out, it seems like the skin over it is already covered and heeled up... any advice please ??

The last two photos are recent from this morning me trying to dig at it again although it’s been a month already, I’m tired of it being in there and causing pain.

ALSO, my insurance right now has stopped so I’m thinking if I do go to a doctor, although it’s been in there and is covered and everything they won’t be able to find it and they’ll charge me just to check out the area... what do you guys think?

Anything I could try ?
