cant stop

my bad i posted this earlier but i put bf but hes my ex idk why i put bf on accident lol but Omg so i cant stop going on my Exs facebook to see who hes adding n messaging 😭 he hasnt changed his password which is weird bc he would always change it when we would break up and he knows i get on to see bc it shows there.. Im legit obsessed with checking n idk how to stop someone knock some sense into me 😭

update: He left me nd my baby for no reason im just hurt and miss him.!! 😭😭😭😭 hes alredy talking to other girls n hanging out with them 😢update2: Well he would hit me but i was dumb and alwys went back to him n he started with that cheking my phone n i never did it until now 😭 it just hurts that its been legit 1 week n hes already moved on n doesnt care abt his daughter either :(
