All of a sudden needing to go to the bathroom?

TMI but I woke up in the middle of the night and all of a sudden I had to run to the bathroom cause I felt like I had to poop but it was just a fart. Then a couple minutes later I end up going is that normal to have sudden painful bowel movements?? Im also 28 wks

I usually have painful ones. I'll have that feeling for a couple days but each time I try I get shooting pain up my back and then randomly will have a large bm with no trouble. I have had constipation though my entire pregnancy also.

Since around that time I will have Braxton Hicks for a couple minutes before feeling like I have to go so now I just accept that is my body telling me. It’s crazy how our bodies change and the things that happen during pregnancy. Currently 34w6d.
