Lower back pain 4 days after IUI

I had my first IUI done on 13.11.19 . N my lower back is hurting🙁. Also I have pain in my thighs as well.

Its my first round so I m cofused about the side effects of it.

🙏🙏Plz let me know if someone have experienced the same .
