I just need relief without the criticism!!

I have a pinched nerve from my neck to my left finger tips. Painful! Ive called my on call dr 4 times and they still haven't called back. What is a safe pain relief pill for 2nd Trimester?? I cant sleep with this pain and doing ice packs, heating pad, massages, stretches etc.
