Preterm Labor

So I've been in the hospital for 3 days because they said I'm showing signs of preterm labor. My cervix shortened from 4cm to 2.3cm in less than 12 hours. They gave me meds to try and calm my cervix down because I'm not a candidate for a cerclage. They said they probably won't keep me long because they dont even start resuscitation until 23 weeks. I'm only 20 weeks. I'm really freaking out because they said if my cervix isn't where it needs to be by 9 this morning then I should expect to go into early labor. I've had 2 late term miscarriages at 17& 18 weeks and I can't lose this baby. We just found out hes a boy. Just wanted to vent.
