EXTREME lower backpain in pregnancy

Im 10 wks pregnant and I’ve been having lower back pain and there comes days to where I CANT move at all. Any movement literately makes me cry. My OBGYN said the back pain was common in pregnancy and to just use heating pads I tried it once and it didn’t seem much of a difference and at this very movement its bad again if I get up at all and move it hurts so much I’ll cry. Help!! First pregnancy
