Decision making...

My boyfriend is from Jamaica now living in America the other day we had a discussion about visiting with our son, I’m terrified of planes so I’m not sure when it’ll be before we go over.

Well he wants to just take my son to Jamaica I’ve never been I won’t know where there staying or even be able to contact them as his phone does not work on that side. I told him it was something I really needed to think about

He goes off on me saying I’m horrible person & he wish he never had a child with me all because I won’t allow our child to go over with out. If our child was older & able to talk I wouldn’t mind it. But anything can happen to him I’ll be 2 planes away. I don’t know how to get him to understand how scary this is for me as a mama bear I’m just not ready for our son to be away from me 😔

Our son is 2 btw.

Maybe my words were miscommunicated, I never said it could never go or that would I never visit. But I’m not gonna over come my fear in just a couple of weeks. Im with our 90% of the time him taking him to another country by his self would be stressful on him as his patience tolerance for anything is slim to none. I would love for my child to his culture. But this is a foreign country to both of us regardless of his father being from there. It’s just not something we’ll be doing when he wants to pick up and go

& he can’t just take my child out of the country it has to be a mutual agreement that we both agree too.
