Placental abruptions

So I'm 18 weeks and I've had 2 partial placental abruptions in a matter of under 2 weeks. Babys ok atm thank god. I'm still cramping (hard) and bleeding with spotting on and off. I've had several hospital admissions and allowed home on proviso I go back if pain or bleeding worsens. Anyone else going through this. I'm having a really tough time with it and still trying to look after 2 small children. Today dont even know how I'll make midwife app cos of pain whilst juggling a pram
